HOSPITAL BASED ANESTHESIA

Personalized, Opioid-Sparing Pain Management for Lasting Relief

Our goal is to work in tandem with a team of providers that is specific to each patient to catalyze the treatments given in our office. Creating a team of interdisciplinary providers increases the success of an individual's treatment plan and outcome. Each patient has a unique condition. Our pain providers will develop a plan just as unique; collaborating with the providers already working with each patient, to address the cause while controlling pain. Our pain management treatments provide a window of opportunity for the patient's existing providers and patients to tackle underlying conditions while keeping pain levels manageable.

New Hampshire has the 3rd highest substance abuse rate in the nation. Because of this, Collaborative Anesthesia Partners strives to reduce the use of opioids for the treatment of pain and underlying conditions. All of our services, including interventional pain, are centered around opiate-free and opioid-sparing techniques to reduce the introduction of opioids to patients.

The following interventional treatments are available:

  • Facet Joint Injections
  • Epidural Steroids
  • Trigger Point Injections
  • Ultrasound-guided Regional Injections
  • Occipital Nerve Block Injections
  • Radiofrequency Ablation

When you refer your patient to the Comprehensive Pain Clinic at Huggins Hospital, we will perform a history and comprehensive physical exam. Our providers may recommend physical therapy, lab work, imaging, injections, counseling and coping strategy therapy and when needed, a surgical referral.

It is important to us that you are kept updated about your patient's care. You can expect communication from the Comprehensive Pain Clinic regarding your patient's treatment plan.
