Are you a compassionate nurse ready for a fulfilling per diem role with a great team? This position provides the opportunity to practice acute care nursing outside of the hospital setting.
Position Overview:
Provides patient care based on the principles and practices of Registered Nursing that require the substantial skill, judgment, and knowledge required of professional nursing. Previous surgical, ER or critical care experience preferred. Responsible for leading clinical support team to ensure the delivery of excellent and optimal patient care.
This is a per diem role with consistent 1-3 days per month.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care to patients as instructed
- Assists anesthesia provider throughout surgical procedure
- Documents patient's status, nursing interventions and responses to care, in the post-operative care phase
- Observes the condition or change in condition of patients, records signs and symptoms that deviate from normal health status findings
- Assists in providing patient and family education and support regarding post-operative instructions
- Uses standards of care and standards of practice to guide care delivery in an outpatient dental setting
- Consults with providers to seek guidance in delivery of care, as necessary
- Maintains accurate records regarding various patient care, educational, and/or equipment related processes as needed
- Leads tasks such as room set-up, take down, and patient flow
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a surgical, ER, or ICU setting.
- Strong IV skills
- Understanding of post-surgical care dental care is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude — we're looking for an excellent, motivated candidate committed to clinical excellence
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

The CRNA will be responsible for providing safe, effective anesthesia care to patients across various specialties, including critical care, geriatrics, pediatrics, and general surgery. This role requires a strong foundation in patient assessment, airway management, medication administration, and patient monitoring within a hospital or ICU setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in physiology, anatomy, and medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and industry standards such as NCQA. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Anesthesiology and General Anesthesia administration
- Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine
- Experience in surgical settings and working alongside surgical teams
- Advanced certifications such as CRNA licensure and BLS/ACLS certification
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety
